USPS Redelivery Service is to help you get your mail redelivered online. There are certain requirements from USPS to arrange redelivery of your mail when you put a signature, mail will not fit in your mail receptacle and mail can not be left in a secure place. USPS Online Redelivery Service Instructions
If USPS missed you when they tried to deliver your mail, you can schedule redelivery online using the peach-colored slip left by your carrier to look up your items and reschedule delivery. For same day redelivery, make sure your request is submitted by 2AM CST Monday – Saturday. Redelivery may not be available in your ZIP Code. Check with your local Post Office for pickup information.
To use the online redelivery service, you will need the peach colored delivery notice/reminder/receipt left by the carrier. To create an online request, you need to enter your 5 digit zip code to fill in your customer information. If you have USPS redelivery problem, you can call 800-ASK-USPS to get their help.

Currently, Redelivery service is available at no charge. Redelivery service is available in a many areas nationwide. To check the availability of service in your area, enter your contact information; name, address, phone number, and email address on our Redelivery Service page online and click “Check Availability”. Redelivery service requests cannot be accepted for an address other than the original address noted on your peach colored PS Form 3849, Delivery Attempt Notice. Mail items will be delivered only to the original address noted on the form. If your mail-piece was not redelivered as you requested, call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and our Customer Support Representatives will assist you.
