To access AT&T Mobile Purchases,

  1. You need to go to  www.att.com/mobilepurchases (Click the link in Reference Links at the bottom of this page to be redirected to the official page) and click Log in to your AT&T Mobile Purchases account.
  2. Enter the AT&T mobile number used to make the purchase.
  3. AT&T will text that number a one-time PIN to complete login.

How to Block Purchase or Set Limits on AT&T Purchases

  1. If it isn’t an one-time purchase, AT&T Mobile Purchases may have monthly charge for your subscriptions. If you want to block a purchase or set limits on your purchases, log into your My AT&T account or click Contact Us and call for wireless services of AT&T customer representative.
  2. If you think you were charged for a mobile purchase you didn’t order, or want to cancel your subscriptions, log in to your AT&T Mobile Purchases account and view Purchases Summary screen for details.
  3. If you were wrongly charged, select refund and submit your request. Select the subscriptions you want to cancel and click Submit Request.
